Job-Inhalt
We work across the full breadth of the actuarial profession: financial risk and capital management, life insurance, non-life (P&C) insurance, and pensions. From consulting in reserving and pricing to valuations, M&A and regulatory projects, our clients rely on us to navigate the decisions that shape their organizations, and they value that we can see those decisions from more than one angle.
In this role you'll join a highly motivated, genuinely cross-disciplinary team where you'll make an immediate impact. From day one you'll move between client projects in different domains, contribute to winning new business, and help us shape how we work.
You bring ambition, we provide opportunities.
Businesses face constant change, and they need multidisciplinary experts who can connect the dots across their whole risk picture. That's the team we've built, and it's the team we want you to strengthen. You'll work on audit and assurance engagements with diverse, major organizations alongside our talented professionals. You'll have the autonomy to work independently while drawing on the guidance and expertise of experienced colleagues who are invested in your success. Your contributions directly shape how we evolve our services and accelerate your own professional development.
- Partner directly with clients on engagements that span life and non-life insurance, financial risk, and pensions, bringing insight from one field to problems in another.
- Execute the sophisticated work at the core of our practice: consulting on reserving and pricing, actuarial valuations, capital and solvency modelling, ALM, embedded value, and the analyses that underpin audit and assurance engagements.
- Analyse, synthesise, and communicate clear insights on M&A and due diligence, across insurance portfolios, pension obligations, and the financial structures that tie a deal together.
- Apply the relevant frameworks confidently, whether that's IFRS 17 and Solvency II for insurance, IAS 19 and ASC 715 for employee benefits, or the local statutory bases in between.
- Help win new business through persuasive proposals, thought leadership, and a market presence built on the rare ability to advise across the full actuarial spectrum.
Who we are looking for
- You bring 3–6 years of hands-on experience and have worked across more than one actuarial field (life, non-life, insurance, pensions, or actuarial and broader financial risk). We are looking for someone who is already comfortable crossing the lines that usually divide the profession or is curious and open to learn.
- You bring a university degree in a quantitative discipline and genuine fluency with data, modelling, and analysis—the working knowledge that builds when you apply these tools consistently.
- You hold an actuarial or equivalent professional accreditation, or you are determined to earn one.
- You are energised by impact, and you dig deeper, challenge assumptions, and find solutions others miss, qualities that matter even more when no two projects look the same.
- You understand how actuarial work feeds into financial statements and capital positions under international and Swiss frameworks, and can apply that knowledge in practice.
- You understand the Swiss insurance and pension landscape and bring familiarity with other jurisdictions, giving you a genuinely international perspective.
- Fluency in English and German is essential to collaborate seamlessly across our diverse, international clients and teams.
