Job-Inhalt
The GMS department deals with all aspects of mobility including tax compliance and advisory and provides support to our clients HR and Tax teams.
Your contribution to KPMG- Prepare and/or review Swiss tax returns with international exposure, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals
- Prepare and review correspondence with tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for individuals/expatriates
- Support team in advising clients on a wide range of Swiss tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, taxable benefits and tax reconciliation processes
- Support in discussions/negotiations with the tax authorities regarding tax rulings, tax appeals and complex tax situations
- Communicate with individual taxpayers and other KPMG offices
- Take part in the preparation of engagement letters, offers to clients, invoicing clients
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in taxation and ideally initial experience in Swiss individual taxation, gained within a Big Four firm or a fiduciary company in Switzerland.
- An innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, embrace challenges, and contribute to a leading global mobility team.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service, combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and strong numerical aptitude are essential.
- Demonstrated team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
- Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in an additional language would be considered a strong asset.
