SAP PM Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PM implementation at greenfield site: design technical object hierarchy (functional locations, equipment, BOMs) and configure full maintenance lifecycle (notifications, orders, preventive/corrective flows)
• Run requirements and design phase: facilitate workshops, define TO-BE processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and produce functional specifications (incl. RICEFW, master data models, governance)
• Configure SAP PM and coordinate integrations: execute IMG customizing and align with MM, FI/CO, HR, PP, QM, and mobile/reporting solutions; guide ABAP development and interfaces
• Plan and execute data migration and testing: define migration strategy (templates, load sequence, validation), support unit/integration/UAT cycles, manage defects and ensure traceability
• Drive training, cutover, and hypercare: deliver role-based training, prepare cutover runbook, support go-live, stabilize operations, and enable business adoption
