Our customer is a manufacturing company in the region of central Switzerland
Aufgaben
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial finance framework, including mission definition, objectives, stakeholder mapping, and commercial agenda
Serve as a key contributor to strategic pricing and portfolio planning in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
Build and evaluate pricing scenarios while supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial business cases
Drive the development of investment frameworks for marketing and sales initiatives, establishing relevant KPIs and conducting post-implementation reviews to measure success
Support major investment assessments to help optimize the cost base and maximize value creation
Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales, actively driving growth initiatives for Reduced Risk Products (RRP)
Provide essential financial expertise for the commercial engine and Ploom economic models
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to define and track relevant commercial KPIs that drive business performance and inform strategic decisions
Anforderungen
Successfully completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field; additional finance qualifications such as CFA or ACCA are desirable
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in commercial finance management with proven success in business development and measurable business impact
Solid experience in successful collaboration with various departments, particularly Marketing and Sales
Proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking combined with a commercial, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convince and engage different stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
High adaptability, flexibility, and a strong team orientation in a dynamic environment
Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication; German language skills are a plus
