Customer Support Representative

Your tasks:

• Order processing from A to Z (quotations)
• Receiving, processing, and entering orders
• Recording sales-specific master data for each customer
• Monitoring deadlines
• Providing customer support and advice by telephone
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Supporting trainees (6 months every two years)

How you convince us:

• Commercial training with professional experience in internal sales or order processing in a manufacturing company
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Comprehensive PC experience (MS Office), ERP knowledge (COBUS) is an advantage
• Technical understanding, organizational skills, and assertiveness
