We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction (PAT) Suite.YOUR CHALLENGE
Project includes Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies
Guarantee compliance with Julius Baer’s project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data privacy and regulatory requirements
Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritisation, requirement engineering and alignment of requirements with existing functionality or functionality delivered by other initiatives
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 2mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
Strong stakeholder navigation skills balanced by the ability to challenge constructively and maintain position where require
Compliance or Personal Account Transaction (PAT) know-how of advantage
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how e.g. ceremonies
Very good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management with a can-do spirit
Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
