Junior Compliance Specialist - Conduct Framework Employee Compliance

For our Employee Compliance Team within Central Compliance, we are looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist to join our team. The team is responsible for the Conduct Framework, monitoring and promoting effective governance and ensuring highest standards of Compliance across our operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support due diligence and conduct oversight processes by carrying out file reviews, checking documentation, and verifying compliance with internal policies and procedures

• Assist in preparing clear and accurate reports, dashboards, and summaries using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to share findings with Compliance and business teams

• Analyse client and operational data to spot potential risks, trends or areas needing further review or escalation

• Work closely with colleagues across different teams to collect information and support coordinated compliance efforts

• Maintain and enhance standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure consistent and efficient processes

• Keep updated on important compliance topics, regulatory changes, and internal policy updates related to conduct risk

• Contribute ideas for improving processes, controls, and ways of working, including automation opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in Banking, Financials Law or Business Administration, or a related field – legal education or qualification is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of banking operations, ideally gained through prior experience in private banking, compliance, or audit

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experienced in structuring, cleaning, and interpreting datasets

• Strong competence in PowerPoint: ability to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling slides and summaries

• Experience in reporting, process coordination, or compliance support roles is highly desirable

• Exceptional organisational skills, precision in execution, and strong attention to detail

• Natural collaborator with a can-do attitude, capable of thriving in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

• Eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow within a purpose-driven compliance function

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
