Tasks
From channel coordination to content creation, you will help make sure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time. You will support communication strategies, internal campaigns and virtual events for Lufthansa Group Sales & Distribution.
- Create and distribute commercial articles
- Write, edit and proofread compelling copies for internal campaigns to onboard, inform and engage employees
- Produce visual content, including videos, for internal communication channels
- Support in the design and technical maintenance of internal websites and digital platforms
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal digital marketing efforts
- Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication activities
- Assist in planning and execution of internal events and webcasts
Requirements
For this internship, we are looking for a motivated and proactive person who is passionate about communication and brings along a creative mindset for digital content creation.
- For this position, an 100% workload is preferred
- HF diploma, Bachelor or Master graduates in Communication or Marketing related field
- Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong skills and expertise in copywriting, editing, content creation, and video editing
- Basic knowledge of website design, CMS tools (SharePoint, AEM) and technical implementation of digital content
- Creative mindset with strong design affinity
- Team player with open mindset
- Able to work independently and under pressure
