We are looking for a motivated student to join our team, supporting activities in the area of Technology Governance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support the Technology Governance office in various tasks like reporting, exception management and audit tracking

  • Support in maintaining and updating governance artefacts including standard management and consolidation of governance metrics

  • Supporting current finalization and rollout of the TPRM project and ensuring smooth migration of existing engagements into the new tool

  • Assist in the completion of third party risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate and follow up with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various domains (e.g., security, legal, compliance)

  • Monitor and report on the status of ongoing third party risk assessments

  • Support the onboarding and kick-off of new assessments using internal tools and platforms

  • Help maintain documentation and ensure data quality in TPRM systems

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program

  • Interest in governance, risk management and sourcing activities

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Highly motivated and self-driven student with a proactive attitude

  • Comfortable working with tools like Excel, SharePoint, or risk management platforms (training will be provided)

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
