We are looking for a motivated student to join our team, supporting activities in the area of Technology Governance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance within a dynamic and collaborative environment.YOUR CHALLENGE
Support the Technology Governance office in various tasks like reporting, exception management and audit tracking
Support in maintaining and updating governance artefacts including standard management and consolidation of governance metrics
Supporting current finalization and rollout of the TPRM project and ensuring smooth migration of existing engagements into the new tool
Assist in the completion of third party risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Coordinate and follow up with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various domains (e.g., security, legal, compliance)
Monitor and report on the status of ongoing third party risk assessments
Support the onboarding and kick-off of new assessments using internal tools and platforms
Help maintain documentation and ensure data quality in TPRM systems
YOUR PROFILE
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
Interest in governance, risk management and sourcing activities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated and self-driven student with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working with tools like Excel, SharePoint, or risk management platforms (training will be provided)
Fluent in English, German is a plus
