At FELFEL, we’re redefining how people eat at work by bringing fresh and healthy food directly into companies across Switzerland. As our Senior Tech Product Owner (80-100%) based in Zürich Wiedikon, you will lead our Operations Value Stream and own the systems behind our daily operations. FELFEL operates a diverse ecosystem of digital products, including our customer website and application, fridges and coffee machines POS systems, and internal tools that support our teams. You will shape and build FELFEL’s digital products, improving the experience for customers, partners, and internal users alike.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the digital product strategy and roadmap for our Operations domain, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Lead the discovery and development of initiatives in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, guiding the process from problem definition to actionable solutions.
- Translate complex operational challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions to create products that are efficient and intuitive in day-to-day operations.
- Improve your products continuously through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and feedback loops to ensure measurable impact.
- Ensure smooth system integrations across our diverse ecosystem, contributing to a reliable and scalable operations landscape.
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing to guarantee product quality and reliability.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, maintaining transparency, alignment, and well-managed expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
YOUR PROFILE
- Multiple years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager building digital products.
- Strong data affinity and the capacity to use data to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency with common AI and LLM tools, along with a solid understanding of effective prompting.
- Background in food, supply chain, or ERP systems serves as a strong plus.
- Capability to break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a structured way of thinking.
- User-centric mindset with proven experience in mapping user journeys and creating low-fidelity prototypes.
- Hands-on mentality with the resilience to stay pragmatic and solution-oriented, even in busy or fast-paced situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

- Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
