As Junior HRBP for Technology & Transformation, you will be part of our People & Purpose (P&P, Human Resources) team in general and a member of the HRBP community in particular. Your purpose is to support the HRBP for your business line, shaping and delivering on the employee experience, so that our employees can focus on serving their clients. You will closely collaborate with the HRBPs of your business line and connect with operational subject matter experts on relevant talent topics, implementing tailored solutions.
How you can make an impact
- You will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders within your business line on people-related topics along the employee life cycle
- You will support the HRBPs in executing the talent agenda while engaging with the P&P community and supporting the implementation of business-specific and/or firmwide initiatives, ensuring consistency to create a cohesive employee experience
- You are responsible for the operational side of all performance-related topics, including the full performance life cycle, development, engagement
Who we are looking for
- You have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR including Swiss labour law knowledge, which includes influencing and stakeholder management skills, change management experience as well as driving project implementations within the talent arena
- You possess business and financial acumen and have a track record of consultative problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills. To round up your profile, you are ready to roll-up your sleeves and tackle operational matters
- You are comfortable with engaging and manoeuvring Senior Leaders and are at ease with ambiguity
- You are collaborative, outcome-driven and are comfortable asking challenging questions and raise unconventional ideas
- You possess a high degree of empathy and resilience and consider 360-degree feedbacks a gift
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working towards tight deadlines while still having attention to detail. You are able to handle and analyse large data sets and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. SAP reporting capabilities are a big plus
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a big plus
