We are looking for a motivated and results-driven expert with a focus and interest in controlling and performance for our growing Fleet Business.We expect you to be a curious, pro-active team worker that has an interest in quantitative and qualitative data analyses and likes to work together with different stakeholders (e.g. finance, marketing, business development). You have proven track of relevant first working experience with SAP, data analytics tools and are willing to develop further into controlling and Business Partnering to different stakeholder. The role is supporting the ET&A business development and controlling team, BU Tool Services and our markets. You will ensure data consistency in reporting, analyses, compliance and become the key expert in the Fleet topic. You are the right hand to the Head of Finance BU Tool Services and the Fleet Business Partner for information management and core controlling topics as they arise.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible. No travel required.
What You'll do
As Fleet controlling expert, you'll be part of a global team that creates business specific transparency of financial results and operational performance.You execute on time and develop further all required reporting activities (maintain standard reporting, implement globally harmonized reporting, enhance automation and ad-hoc reporting).
As the global contact person for the regional fleet controllers, you will support the regions with various data insights.
You will support the translation of complex fleet data into actionable insights.
You will take ownership and be the key contributor for complex data analysis and creation of business action recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
- University degree in controlling, business or finance
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in verbal and written english
- Passion to learn, a habit of challenging status-quo and results-oriented
- Self-organized and strong analytical skills
