We are looking for a Business Analyst to help design, implement, and optimize Management Accounting processes as part of a large, strategic transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in management accounting, strong exposure to internal reporting, Markets and Treasury processes, and hands-on familiarity with requirements gathering, gap analysis, process design, and reconciliation—ideally within the SAP environment.YOUR CHALLENGE
Responsible for collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements related to Management Accounting processes, including reconciliation of Balance Sheet and P&L figures and detailed investigation and resolution of variances
Drive project-based design, implementation, and enhancement of end-to-end Management Accounting processes, with a particular focus on allocation framework, P&L and key KPIs reporting
Translate business requirements into clear business and functional concepts, develop detailed specifications, prepare test case with acceptance criteria, and execute user acceptance testing within program timelines
Support project-related financial reconciliations, analyse deviations identified during testing or go‑live phases, and contribute to root-cause analysis and remediation activities
Contribute to project delivery and operational continuity by supporting and deputizing team members across Management Accounting and Finance Analytics
YOUR PROFILE
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
At least 2-5 years of professional experience in management accounting or internal reporting, ideally within the banking industry
Self-starter with ability to grasp quickly and efficiently new and complex processes and having regard to changing priorities
Reliable and flexible team player with a can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment
Strong interest in financial topics, with a particular appreciation for areas such as Credits, Markets, and Treasury considered an advantage
Passion for financials and IT with deep understanding of SAP financial systems; prior knowledge of SAP PaPM is a distinct advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, to foster effective collaboration across diverse functions and stakeholders
Fluent in English is required, German is a plus
