Student Support – Compliance 40-80%

Job Description
 

This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.

Your main tasks as Student Support within the Compliance team include:

• Supporting preparation of regulatory filings;
• Processing regulatory monitoring tasks and analyzing new regulatory developments;
• Involvement in the Compliance guidelines process;
• Maintaining and supporting further development of databases;
• Keeping the KYC and AML documentation up to date;
• Assisting the marketing material review process.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration or law (bachelor level);
• First working experience within an asset manager, fund management company, bank or audit company is of advantage;
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and German;
• Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel;
• Analytical mindset and flair for regulatory developments;
• Efficient and precise working style, focus on details;
• Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
