We are the digital pulse of aviation – offering you the unique opportunity to join us in building, shaping and growing Communities of Practice in the Product Domain of the Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar.

Tasks

Community of Practice help us in achieving horizontal alignment across all value streams of the Digital Hangar. Promoting collaboration and innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement. As an intern, you will be working closely with the CoP Leaders, as well as with Community Members. 

  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the CoP by engaging with members to identify relevant subjects, gathering and structuring topics for weekly discussions
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities where AI can enhance and support existing workflows
  • Maintain the CoP communication concepts (Sharepoint)
  • Define CoP relevant onboarding concepts
  • Support the organization and moderation of CoP Meetings and Calls (weekly)
  • Support the CoP Lead in planning and executing Community Surveys
  • Accompany Digital POs and Digital BAs in their daily doings
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to support our Digital BA and PO Communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, digital transformation, data, and AI, and eager to develop analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an agile environment. 

  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in technology, digital products, data, and AI
  • AI literacy, including prompt engineering, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and responsible AI usage is a plus
  • Technical background is a plus
