Location: Neuenburg, Schweiz

Objective/Purpose:

• Implement innovative best practices for transportation processes and systems across multiple Takeda plants (e.g., LLP, SAP LES & GTS).
• Oversee EU transportation and export operations, including planning, monitoring, and organizing shipments from plants to distributors and 3PLs.
• Support customs, trade compliance, and ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EU inbound and outbound shipments from plants to distribution centers and export markets.
• Resolve transportation and logistics issues, including LLP IDOCs and deviations.
• Conduct performance reviews for logistics service providers and ensure alignment with global procurement standards.
• Maintain SAP LES and GTS data, and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of logistics management experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems, SAP, and GDP compliance.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
