Design Delivery Expert M/F

5 month temporary assignment Full-time position Bring creative ideas to life across formats, sizes and channels by turning approved designs into high-quality, scalable and production-ready assets. Key responsibilities

• Design templates: Create design templates that bring to life different design intents, ensuring accuracy, consistency and production quality.
• Design adaptations: Adapt existing designs across variants, sizes, formats, markets and touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency.
• Packshots: Create and manage high-quality packshots
• Simple design creation: Independently lead & deliver design projects such as simple layouts, secondary packaging, adaptations and minimal graphic explorations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Designers and external partners to bring creative work efficiently to market.

• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related design field, OR equivalent professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong layout, typography and visual design skills
• Packaging artwork and production knowledge
• Basic retouching, compositing and packshot creation skills, with the ability to produce clean, high-quality product visuals independently
• Experience creating templates and multi-format adaptations
• Comfortable with AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and production discipline
• Ability to work independently on simple design projects
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Brand Guidelines, Graphic Design, System Designs, Teamwork & Collaboration
