Service Desk Specialist – 100%

You will be the first point of contact for our employees, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to work efficiently and securely. Your role will be essential in guaranteeing a smooth and productive IT environment, working closely with other IT teams.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to users (in person, by phone, email or via our ticketing tool).
• Manage incidents and requests in accordance with our internal procedures (recording, tracking, processing, closure).
• Manage access to Salt’s internal applications and systems.
• Perform an initial diagnosis of technical problems and provide a solution when possible.
• Escalate complex incidents to levels 2/3 or supplier teams if necessary.
• Identify critical and urgent situations, alert promptly, and advise users on actions to take.
• Follow up on ongoing incidents and ensure clear reporting.
• Detect recurring problems and inform management.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
• Update technical documentation and the knowledge base.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience within a Service Desk in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in common IT environments (Microsoft, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory and user access management, ticketing tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and a service mindset
• Team spirit and problem-solving skills, rigour and proactivity
• Ability to manage peak workloads and prioritise effectively
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; German would be a real asset
