R&D System Engineer

Aufgaben

• Shape system concepts and align technical solutions across different engineering disciplines
• Break down complex requirements and ensure they remain consistent throughout development
• Evaluate technical options, identify risks and drive sound engineering decisions
• Build and maintain the safety framework from early concept through system validation
• Support reviews, assessments and compliance activities with internal and external stakeholders

Anforderungen

• Degree in engineering, electronics or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of experience in automotive systems development and technical engineering
• Strong background in system design, requirements management and structured development processes
• Solid knowledge of functional safety, ISO 26262 and ASPICE
• Analytical and pragmatic mindset with confidence in cross-functional technical discussions
