Main Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst - Business Development will be responsible for the efficient modelling and analysis of business plans for existing investments and new investment opportunities, as well as providing ad-hoc support to the Corporate Finance / Treasury department:

• Undertake detailed analysis and financial modelling of long term business plans to support financing, expansion and valuation of capital investments and assessment of new investment opportunities
• Refine, engineer and maintain multiple long term business development models
• Perform quantitative and qualitative market analysis (M&A activity, competition, market drivers, economic environment, regulation, etc.)
• Conduct general background checks and company-specific research to support due diligence of new investment opportunities
• Prepare presentations and papers for senior management and Board of Director reviews of business development matters 

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

• MSc in Finance or Business
• 3-4 years’ experience in investment finance / valuation or related investment analysis experience
• Proven experience in detailed financial modelling and assessment of returns on investments
• Expert Excel modelling skills with strong understanding of financial return assessment techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Very detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English with strong expertise in concise and effective written and presentation preparation skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
