Job-Inhalt
Im Bereich Corporate Tax geht es nicht nur darum, Unternehmen bei der Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu unterstützen. Wir beraten national oder international tätige Unternehmen auch im Hinblick auf die relevanten Steuervorschriften und -entwicklungen. So können sie effiziente Strukturen aufbauen, die steuerlichen Auswirkungen möglicher Geschäftsmodelle berücksichtigen und Steuerrisiken vermeiden. Als wertvolles Teammitglied berätst du Kund:innen zu unterschiedlichen Steuerfragestellungen und unterstützt bei anspruchsvollen Projekten wie nationalen und internationalen Unternehmensumstrukturierungen, Transaktionen sowie weiteren komplexen Steuerprojekten.
Dein Impact
- Unterstütze die steuerliche Beratung juristischer Personen aus verschiedenen Branchen und Industrien.
- Bearbeite gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen anspruchsvolle steuerliche Fragestellungen unserer nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen.
- Wirke bei nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden Unternehmensumstrukturierungen sowie Kauf- und Verkaufstransaktionen mit.
- Begleite Projekte zur Analyse und Anpassung von Wertschöpfungsketten und entwickle kundenorientierte Lösungsansätze.
- Recherchiere aktuelle steuerrechtliche Themen und bereite deine Erkenntnisse verständlich und adressatengerecht auf.
- Profitiere vom fachübergreifenden Austausch innerhalb der Steuer- und Rechtsberatung und entwickle deine fachlichen sowie persönlichen Kompetenzen weiter.
Dein Skill Set
- Laufendes Masterstudium oder abgeschlossener Master an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, idealerweise in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften.
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an steuerlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Erste Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrungen im Steuerbereich sind von Vorteil.
- Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Offenheit für herausfordernde sowie komplexe Aufgabenstellungen.
