Warm, reliable nanny wanted for 2 mornings per week

We are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced babysitter/nanny for our almost 2-year-old son in Biel. Ideally, we are looking for someone who could come to our home regularly for around 4 hours, two mornings per week, while I work nearby. The exact days can be discussed depending on availability. We would love to find someone kind, calm and genuinely engaged with young children, who could gradually become a familiar and trusted person for our son. Spending time together would mostly involve playing, reading, going for walks or to the playground, and having a snack or simple meal at home. We would prefer to start gradually, with some time together while I am also at home, so that everyone can get to know each other comfortably.
