Job Description

• Drive managers, employees, and guests between various destinations, including airports and train stations.
• Provide transportation services for VIPs and visitors according to operational requirements.
• Deliver and collect documents from diplomatic missions, consulates, international organizations, and other partners.
• Transport goods, equipment, and supplies as required by the service.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records.
• Carry out any other duties related to the role as required by operational needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional work outside normal business hours.

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent driving skills and thorough knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Valid Swiss D1 driving licence required (cars and minibuses).
• Good knowledge of the Geneva area and its key international and institutional stakeholders.
• Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and route-planning applications.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
• Fluency in French or English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
