Manager / Senior Manager - Finance Transformation

Your contribution to KPMG

• Acquire and lead Finance engagements with the objective to transform the Finance Target Operating Model, including the technology landscape
• Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes (such as Source -to-pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report), systems and organizational design and blueprint of Finance functions
• Support our clients in improving the efficiency and quality of their Finance shared service centers, outsourcing contracts, decentralized business units and the strategic partnership of their Finance Business Partners
• Advise our clients in reviewing their Finance technology landscape and provide insights on market leading digital solutions for Finance and the adjacent functions
• Advise our clients how to optimize finance processes through AI, technologies and standardization
• Steer cross-functional projects within larger transformation programs and drive proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with Finance leaders (CFOs, SVPs, Transformation Leads) and scout the target market for new opportunities

This is what makes you successful

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience from Finance projects and End to End transformation within a Consulting firm
• Deep understanding of reorganizations within the Finance function, e.g. KPI benchmarking, business case calculations, design and implementation of Target Operating Models, process optimizations, Finance technology implementation (workflows, reporting etc.), set up of a shared service centers, outsourcing initiatives and governance models
• Knowledge of systems (SAP, Microsoft, Celonis etc.), the respective functionalities for Finance process optimizations and the digital / Artificial Intelligence solutions market
• Hands-on and operational understanding of End to End Finance processes and how to optimize those
• Proven success in business development
• Strong people leadership, analytical, and communication skills for interacting with CFOs and Finance leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big advantage, French is a plus
• Strong motivation to build your own career as a leader and Finance expert within a big four firm
