People with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a chef, people who have successfully completed an acknowledged basic vocational training in the respective field for at least three years or people with a Federal VET Certificate (EBA) and at least three years of professional experience in the reference sector.

- Kochen auf dem Posten während des Service sowie einfachere Mis-en-Place-Arbeiten.

- Stellvertretung für Unfall-Ausfall für mindestens 2 Wochen.
