Order Processing Specialist

Your tasks

• Manage reservations, orders, invoices, credit notes, and shipments for designated markets (UK, CZ, IT, D, Asia, America), acting as the main contact for local sales companies.
• Ensure full compliance with export regulations, including end-user checks, dual-use controls, origin verifications, and SECO permit requests.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Sales Support and freight forwarders (Rhenus, Schenker) to monitor machine shipments, manage missing items.
• Support warranty management (IPDF) and maintain complete order documentation and filing.
• Provide back-up coverage for colleagues responsible for other markets within the team.

Your profile

• Commercial education or equivalent background.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability; comfortable working autonomously under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian; English B2 required; additional languages welcome.
