More about the role
Join our R&D organization and help build a deep understanding of how our products are used in the real world. This role sits in a technical team and focuses on translating complex product and user data into clear, decision-shaping insights for functional owners, senior leadership and product marketing.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the analysis of product usage data to uncover meaningful patterns, behaviors, and segmentations
- Build a deep understanding of our datasets and apply statistical methods to generate robust, decision-relevant insights
- Translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations that support R&D decisions, product direction, and business priorities
- Communicate usage insights in a simple, credible, and actionable way to technical teams, senior leaders, and product marketing stakeholders
- Create practical analyses and dashboards that make product usage visible and easier to act on
- Partner closely with R&D teams, engineering, product management, senior leaders, and product marketing to frame the right questions and connect data to decisions
- Stay current on relevant developments in analytics, statistics, and AI, and apply them where they improve insight quality and business value
More about you
- Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Science, Audiology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in data science, product analytics, user insights, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in statistics, segmentation, behavioral analysis, and extracting insight from complex real-world datasets
- Strong hands-on skills in Python and dashboarding, with the ability to move between strategic insight generation and practical delivery
- Proven ability to translate deep technical analysis into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with complex datasets and turning them into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working with R&D and engineering stakeholders while also communicating clearly with senior leaders and product marketing
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or another scientific or regulated environment is a plus
- Clear, structured communication and a strong instinct for connecting data to product and business decisions
- Fluent in English
