Those in corporate law at PwC will provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. You will leverage experience in corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Praktikanten (m/w/d) für ein Praktikum von mindestens 6 Monaten in Vollzeit in unserem Unternehmen. Als Teil unseres Teams hast du die Gelegenheit, wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen zu sammeln und dein theoretisches Wissen gezielt anzuwenden. • Treffe Abklärungen hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Gesellschafts-, Vertrags- sowie Rechnungslegungsrecht.
• Wirke mit in der Ausgestaltung von rechtlichen Dokumenten in Englisch und Deutsch und unterstütze das Team in M&A-Transaktionen (Due Diligence Projekten).
• Arbeite in einem inspirierenden Team, in einem internationalen Netzwerk und erhalte regelmässig Feedback von Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten.
   

Dein Skill Set

• Im Masterstudium in Rechtswissenschaften an einer Schweizer Universität oder dieses bereits abgeschlossen.
• Offene, engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit. Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung sowie ganzheitliches Denkvermögen zählen zu deinen Stärken.
• Wissensdurstig, neugierig, flexibel und hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
• Du eignest dir Industrie spezifisches Wissen an und suchst einen Praktikumsplatz, bei dem du dein Fachwissen und dein ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen in die Praxis umsetzen und erweitern kannst.
• Stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
