Baby due end of November, looking for a reliable sitter in Männedorf to grow with us

Our first baby is due on 23 November, so we are planning ahead rather than hiring for right away. We live in Männedorf and would like to find someone reliable we can build a longer relationship with. In the first months I will mostly be working from home, so the help would be here with us: you looking after the baby while I work, with me stepping in now and then. That makes the start fairly gentle, a few hours at a time rather than long days. From around March I may need more regular support, possibly a part-time arrangement. That depends on my work situation and is not confirmed yet. Later on we would also like someone who can take the baby for certain hours or evenings, and who might be open to travelling with us on holidays. Two things matter most to us: reliability, and living close by so things also work at short notice. One more thing that may be useful for you: I have friends at the same stage, either pregnant or with newborns, so there is a good chance of sharing hours between our families if you are trying to fill a week.
