Senior Test Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Test Concept Definition
• Develop and document a detailed testing strategy tailored to the complex migration from mainframe assembler applications to the target landscape on Java/SQL under Linux
• Test Execution Orchestration
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and project management teams
• Team Leadership and Development
• Quality Assurance Oversight

Profile

• Extensive experience in complex projects as a test manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, particularly in unit testing and functional testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with all project stakeholders
• Experience in Agile methodologies
