The coach will facilitate interactive, in-person AI workshops for multidisciplinary teams, guide participants through ideation and prototyping, and provide hands-on support with generative AI, data-analysis workflows and automation concepts. Workshop materials, prompts and session outlines will be provided in advance.YOUR CHALLENGE
Facilitate small groups during interactive AI workshops and enable hands-on, experiential learning
Guide participants through brainstorming, solution design and prototyping using accessible AI techniques
Support exercises involving generative AI tools, data-analysis workflows and automation concepts
Present clearly and professionally to mixed-tenure audiences, including senior management
Review the materials, prompts and session outline provided ahead of each session and attend onboarding before the first workshop
Occasional support with additional tasks in the field of AI, such as the creation of blueprints for tools and documentation
YOUR PROFILE
Currently completing a degree at a university in a technical field
Academic background in AI, computer science, data science or a related field
Solid understanding of core AI and machine-learning concepts
Familiarity with generative AI tools and practical data workflows
First experience facilitating hands-on learning and responding dynamically to participant questions
Ability to understand and explain practical AI concepts and workflows clearly
Approachable and enthusiastic about collaborative learning
Clear, confident and professional communication
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and ability to respond dynamically to questions
Reliability and preparation for agreed workshop dates
