The HR Business Technology team takes on the responsibility of maintaining and developing a state-of-the-art HR technology landscape and delivering employee data to HR and other bank applications. This entails a close partnership with stakeholders across the bank in supporting them to keep employee records at the highest quality and accuracy.YOUR CHALLENGE
As Senior Technical Workday Expert, you will be:
Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in our Workday HCM system with a broad, cross-functional perspective
Supporting and consulting business SMEs in all questions related to the functional area of your SME role
Taking ownership for the technical stability, configuration and further development of the Workday tenant
Developing and continuously improving our Workday system along business and regulatory needs
YOUR PROFILE
Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar
Profound knowledge in various modules in Workday HCM preferably in Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security
Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue handling
Several years of proven hands-on experience in the configuration of Workday HCM
Any Workday Pro certification would be an asset
Ability to quickly understand existing system setups and take over ongoing responsibilities
Solution-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Flexible and resilient team player who likes to learn and develop in a continuously changing environment
Ability to select, evaluate and interpret relevant information
Intercultural competence to collaborate with a global group of stakeholders
Client-oriented, independent, and accurate working style
Sound risk and quality awareness; trustworthy and discreet personality
Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
Proficient in English
