As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.

Als Mitglied unseres Teams Internal Advisory Risk & Quality spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, die Firma zu schützen, indem du unsere Advisory-Praxis dabei unterstützt, Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen im Einklang mit relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen qualitativ hochwertige Leistungen zu erbringen.

Deine Aufgaben

·                 Du prüfst Vertragsdokumente und berätst Engagement-Teams zu damit verbundenen Risiken sowie zu Unabhängigkeitsanforderungen – und stellst sicher, dass alle Leistungen interne und externe Standards erfüllen.

·                 Du identifizierst potenzielle Risiken unabhängig, schlägst geeignete Massnahmen zur Risikominderung vor und beteiligst dich an Diskussionen zur Risikoidentifikation und -mitigation.

·                 Du unterstützt praxisnahe Trainings sowie das Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen, um Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der gesamten Advisory-Praxis zu schulen.

·                 Du hilfst dabei sicherzustellen, dass Prozesse und Dokumentationen intern wie extern stets mit regulatorischen Entwicklungen auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

·                 Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen – u. a. Legal, dem Independence Office sowie internationalen R&Q-Teams – um Best Practices und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.

·                 Du unterstützt den jährlichen Compliance- und Quality-Review-Prozess und trägst so dazu bei, die hohen Standards von PwC zu sichern.

Was du mitbringst

·                 Ausbildung und/oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Audit oder Recht – mit Interesse an Risk Management, Quality und Compliance.

·                 Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills.

·                 Proaktive, detailorientierte und innovative Persönlichkeit mit dem Anspruch, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

·                 Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich); Französisch ist ein Plus.

·                 Erfahrung in Audit, Risk Management oder Compliance ist von Vorteil.
