Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Red Team and Purple Team engagements across on-premises and cloud environments
- Identify vulnerabilities, attack paths, and security weaknesses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with detection and response teams to improve security monitoring, response capabilities, and overall resilience
- Participate in cyber security incident response activities, including on-call duty when required
- Plan, coordinate, and support external penetration testing engagements end-to-end
- Build and enhance AI capabilities within the Red Team, leveraging AI-driven approaches for attack simulations and security assessments
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen offensive security capabilities across the organization
Profile
- Hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Offensive Security, or Penetration Testing
- Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and their application in ethical security assessments
- Good knowledge of detection engineering, logging, SIEM platforms, and SOC operations
- Solid foundation in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, identity management, and enterprise environments
- Knowledge of web, network, and cloud security concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business-relevant insights
- Professional proficiency in English; certifications such as OSCP, CPTS, or equivalent are considered a plus

Salary information
- The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 70.000. We offer a competitive salary package, with willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications, skills, and experience
