Mitarbeiter Cryo & Freezerfarm Logistik Tailored Lab Solutions (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Operational Service Delivery (Cryo & Freezer Farm): Hands-on execution of cold storage equipment labelling and proactive handling of material management for the Cryogenic Farm and Freezer Farm
• Equipment & Fleet Management: Independent management and status monitoring of all pRED cold storage equipment
• End-to-end management of the equipment lifecycle (procurement, transfer, repairs, storage, and disposal) in close alignment with site stakeholders and lab personnel
• CapEx Tracking & Inventory Management: Seamless coordination between Finance, Asset Management, and lab teams to ensure systematic labelling, recording, and lifecycle tracking of capital expenditure equipment (CapEx) following on-site installation

Profile

• Vocational background / professional qualification or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English; German and French language skills are an advantage
• Basic understanding of laboratory processes
• Basic knowledge of IT applications (Windows, web-based applications, Microsoft Office; Google Workspace optional)
• Structured and reliable working style

• Ability to work autonomously
