- Ensures all activities comply with Takeda policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or a related field.
- More than two years of experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, including reimbursement pathways, funding mechanisms, tariff structures, and care delivery models.

- Experience with tendering, contracting, and negotiations involving Swiss hospitals or healthcare buying groups is strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
