NANNY, PFÄFFIKON SZ ZÜRICHSEE AREA 25–30 HRS/WEEK

We're a working family based in the Pfäffikon SZ area looking for a reliable, long-term nanny. Our daughter is in primary school and gets home most weekday afternoons between roughly 3pm and 4pm (it varies by day). She also attends an after-school activity twice a week, and the role includes accompanying her there by public transportation. We're adding a couple more school-based afternoon activities soon, so some flexibility in pickup timing is genuinely part of the role. Alongside being home for her, we're looking for someone to handle light household tasks directly connected with her care during school hours, such as preparing her meals or snacks, tidying her rooms and play areas, and managing her laundry and belongings. General household cleaning, family errands, and broader household-management duties are not part of the role. What we're looking for – Comfortable accompanying our daughter to and from after-school activities by public transportation – Genuine experience with primary-school-age children, with contactable references – Comfortable handling light household tasks directly related to the child, such as her meal preparation, laundry, and tidying her spaces – Reliable and flexible with a schedule that shifts slightly by day and by season – English required; Italian and/or Spanish preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, afternoon into early evening (roughly 25–30 hrs/week total), plus occasional Saturday midday coverage. Some weeks will include a full day or two when we're both traveling — flagged well in advance. Compensation: CHF 25+/hour gross depending on experience, or the monthly-salary equivalent, in line with Swiss household-sector (NAV Hauswirtschaft) standards. This would be registered, above-board employment — AHV, accident insurance, a written contract, payroll handled through a compliance service.
