Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented household helper

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and detail-oriented person to help us regularly with cleaning, ironing and general household tasks. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details and can independently notice what needs to be done rather than waiting for detailed instructions each time. We really value thoroughness, good organization and a proactive approach. Typical tasks would include regular household cleaning, ironing and occasional additional tasks depending on what is needed that week. Good communication is important to us, so we would strongly prefer someone who can communicate comfortably in English. We are looking for a long-term and reliable arrangement with someone we can trust and who will get to know our home and our preferences over time.
