Legal Officer (Temporary Position)

Job Description

Your daily tasks & responsibilities:

• Review of customer & supplier contracts
• General support with legal cases
• Conduct case-by-case assessments in connection with possible sanctions Support and review of key IT supplier contracts
• Act as the interface to external lawyers in debt collection cases
• Oversee matters relating to GTCs, GTPs and the commercial register
• Responsibility for Export Control and compliance with applicable laws
• Responsibility for defining departmental guidelines and ensuring compliance
• Contract management and participation in M&A activities

The expertise you have & skills you bring:

• University degree in Law, preferred from a Swiss university
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Proficiency in German and/or French would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Reliable and thorough approach to work
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach
