Job-Inhalt
We are seeking an Operational Risk Officer to join our Group Operational Risk Management team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide support to the team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of operational risk activities within a leading private banking environment. Depending on business needs and future opportunities, the duration of the contract may be extended.
YOUR ROLE:
- Prepare and enhance risk management reports for the Group's governance committees and senior management bodies;
- Perform oversight of operational risk incidents, Issues and Actions, including monitoring the timeliness and quality of recording, follow-up activities and reporting;
- Support the review and challenge of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs);
- Maintain Operational Risk Management tools and data related to RCSAs, Issues and Actions, Incident Management and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs);
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and other control functions across the three lines of defense;
- Contribute to operational risk projects and initiatives led by Group Risk Management or other business areas;
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk Management policies, standards and procedures;
YOUR PROFILE :
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the banking or financial services industry. Operational risk or control function experience would be an advantage, but is not essential for candidates demonstrating strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Experience preparing management information, dashboards and risk reporting;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs;
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
