Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer and business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, as the central point of contact for requests, priorities, and approvals
Plan and run product sprints together with the development team
Support broader planning where the platform roadmap intersects with other products and projects
Coordinate testing, translation, and delivery with the Scrum team (Dev, Design, QA/Support) and Sales, including feature releases and customer-facing go-live communication
Drive user-centered product development by planning and facilitating User Labs, validating requirements with customers, and incorporating feedback into the product roadmap.
Create user guides, documentation, and product updates to onboard and enable customers and the team
Act as deputy Product Owner for other agile teams as needed (holiday coverage)

4+ years' experience as Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in healthcare or e-commerce
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools is an asset. Experience with Figma is beneficial but not essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable defining clear ownership and process boundaries
Able to work independently with a structured, transparent communication style
Fluent German and English (spoken and written) — daily stakeholder, customer, and team communication
