THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

•  Preparing FIFA’s annual consolidated financial statement including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement and notes in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards
• Preparing a monthly consolidated financial reporting and quarterly financial forecast to allow management to make decisions in a timely manner and for the purpose of planning, analysis and benchmarking
• Supporting IFRS-related projects and complex accounting transactions, and corresponding financial audit questions of FIFA’s consolidated financial statement
• Preparing financial analyses, reconciliations, and management reports to support strategic decision-making and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Minimum 4 years experiences in an organisation within the finance consolidation/reporting department or a finance consultancy/audit company
• Proven records in consolidation and IFRS, ideally within a multicultural organisation or IFRS desk review experience within an international audit company
• University degree in business administration and a higher education within Finance & Accounting, preferably with experience as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
