Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Data & Reporting
- Maintain high-quality portfolio data across multiple custodians and investment vehicles.
- Reconcile portfolios in the firm's PMS system and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
- Process and interpret statements for private assets (capital calls, distributions, valuations).
- Review client portfolios and prepare consolidated reporting packages.
- Support the investment team with preliminary analysis on securities, funds, and private investments.
- Contribute to monitoring portfolio exposures, liquidity, and performance drivers.
- Assist with the preparation of investment notes, presentations, and internal materials.
- Participate in due-diligence work on external managers and co-investment opportunities.
- Liaise with banks, fund administrators, and external providers to resolve data or reporting queries.
- Help improve internal tools, workflows, and reporting infrastructure as the investment platform scales.
- Contribute to periodic portfolio rebalancing and ensure proper execution follow-up.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- 3-4 years of experience in a portfolio reporting, investment operations, or PMS environment (family office, wealth manager, private bank, or asset manager).
- Solid understanding of portfolio reconciliation, data validation, and multi-custodian reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with PMS/consolidation tools.
- Working knowledge of financial instruments (equities, funds, fixed income, alternatives).
- Fluent English (spoken and written); any other language is a plus.
- CFA Level I or II completed or in progress is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, lean environment with a hands-on attitude.
