Advance cutting-edge business areas with your expertise
Deloitte Consulting, you support organizations together with our other specialists in technology strategy and transformation to develop strategies and implement systems that create business value and drive performance.
Deloitte is a ServiceNow Global Elite Partner and supports over 7,000 organizations worldwide in transforming their operations through the automation of enterprise workflows and integrated AI.  Together, you orchestrate IT Service Management, Workflow Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives with ServiceNow as the central platform – from strategic planning to operational excellence.
You shape digital transformations that change organizations – and make a real difference in the process.
How you can make an impact
You are not just an implementer of requirements – you are a leader and architect of solutions. In this role:
  • Lead and mentor teams on complex ServiceNow implementations, setting the strategic direction and ensuring delivery excellence
  • Advise C-level executives and stakeholders on enterprise-wide transformation strategies and digital roadmaps
  • Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business outcomes
  • Drive end-to-end transformation programs – from discovery and strategy through design, implementation, and optimization
  • Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on their most critical business challenges
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing your expertise and building the next generation of ServiceNow leaders
  • Innovate with emerging technologies and best practices, positioning clients at the forefront of digital transformation

Who are we looking for?
Must-Have:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with proven expertise across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Workflow, or similar)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer with extensive platform expertise)
  • Demonstrated consulting skills and experience – You have successfully led client engagements, managed stakeholder expectations, and delivered transformational outcomes
  • Fluent German and English – You communicate confidently with German-speaking and international clients at all levels
  • Functional and technical expertise – You understand both business requirements and technical architecture, and can bridge the gap between strategy and implementation
  • Business Analyst and architect mindset – You think strategically about enterprise processes, system integration, and long-term value creation
  • Nice-to-Have (but very welcome):
  • Deep IT understanding – You have strong knowledge of IT Service Management, ITIL best practices, and enterprise IT architecture
  • Industry expertise – You have specialized knowledge in specific verticals (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Public Sector, etc.)
  • Public speaking and thought leadership – You have experience presenting at conferences, writing articles, or contributing to industry discussions

Your Personality!
  • Driven to go the extra mile – You see complex challenges as opportunities to create lasting impact and drive innovation
  • Not a 9-to-5 mentality – You're committed to project success and willing to invest the time and energy needed to deliver exceptional results
  • Strategic thinker – You balance tactical execution with long-term vision, always keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Client advocate – Customer value and business outcomes are at the center of everything you do. You build trust and deliver measurable results
  • Collaborative leader – You inspire and empower teams, work effectively with cross-functional partners, and foster a culture of excellence
  • Continuous learner – You stay ahead of industry trends, invest in your own development, and share knowledge generously with your peers
  • Agile and adaptable – You take ownership of outcomes, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and drive accountability across teams

Your team
By joining the team of our Zurich office, you will be integrated into a diverse bunch of congenial colleagues right from the start.
