HR Controller (m/w/d)

Als Mitarbeiter:in im HR Controlling unterstützen sie die strategische und operative Steuerung mittels personalwirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen. Sie schaffen Transparenz über Personalkosten und -strukturen und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung der Universität St.Gallen.

• Aufbereitung von Personalgrundlagen und -kennzahlen für die Finanzplanungsprozesse, für Akkreditierungen, Rankings und Statistiken, sowie für ad-hoc Berichte
• Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Personalkennzahlen, Reports und Auswertungen zur strategischen und operativen Steuerung (MIS)
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
• Erstellung von Personalprognosen und Szenarioanalysen
• Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in den relevanten Personal- und Finanzsystemen
• Schnittstelle zum Ressort HR, inkl. Pflege technischer Schnittstellen
• Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Optimierung von Personal- und Finanzprozessen

• Hochschulabschluss, sowie berufliche Erfahrung im Fachgebiet, idealerweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel; Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und BI-Systemen sind von Vorteil
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
• Zuverlässige, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
