Berater Förderinstrumente (m/w/d)

Das Grants Office St.Gallen ist Teil des Prorektorates Forschung & Faculty und unterstützt Forschende der Universität St.Gallen (HSG), der Pädagogischen Hochschule St.Gallen (PHSG) und der Ostschweizer Fachhochschule (OST). Wir begleiten Forschende über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg: Wir helfen bei der Suche nach geeigneten Förderinstrumenten, bei der Erstellung und Eingabe von Gesuchen sowie bei der Administration der zugesprochenen Forschungsmittel.

• Beratung von Forschenden der HSG, OST und PHSG bei der Auswahl geeigneter Förderinstrumente (Schweizerischer Nationalfonds SNF, Innosuisse, EU, Ressortforschung, forschungsfördernde Stiftungen) und bei der Erstellung von Förderanträgen an nationale, europäische und internationale Förderinstitutionen. Aktive Information der Forschenden zu den Fördermöglichkeiten auch im Rahmen von themenspezifischen Veranstaltungen.
• Begleitung von Forschungsprojekten entlang des gesamten Project-Life-Cycle (Antragstellung, Vertragsvorbereitung, Reporting etc.).
• Proaktives Identifizieren und Ansprechen von HSG-, OST- und PHSG-Forschenden bzw. Forschungsgruppen mit Potential für bestimmte Antragsstellungen.
• Kommunikation der HSG-Forschung/Wissenschaftskommunikation: z.B. Erstellung und Pflege verschiedener Medienprodukte wie Newsletter, Website (Inter- und Intranet), Berichte etc.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium; eine Promotion ist von Vorteil
• Mindestens zwei Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im relevanten Fachbereich
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten
• Erste Projekterfahrung sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Mittelakquisition und der Antragstellung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift
