Fachspezialist Forschungsförderung (m/w/d)

Das Grants Office St.Gallen ist Teil des Prorektorates Forschung & Faculty und unterstützt Forschende der Universität St.Gallen (HSG), der Pädagogischen Hochschule St.Gallen (PHSG) und der Ostschweizer Fachhochschule (OST). Wir unterstützen über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg: Wir helfen bei der Suche nach geeigneten Förderinstrumenten, bei der Erstellung und Eingabe von Gesuchen sowie bei der Administration der zugesprochenen Forschungsmittel.

• Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten des Prorektorats Forschung & Faculty (PRF), vor allem im Bereich Forschungsförderung
• Unterstützung des stv. Direktors Forschung im PRF und Leiters Grants Office bei aktuellen Themen und Projekten der Forschungsförderung
• Mitarbeit in Themen und Projekten des Grants Office-Teams
• Beratung zu Förderinstrumenten (HSG-intern und extern), gemeinsam mit dem Beraterinnen-Team des Grants Office

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium; eine Promotion ist wünschenswert
• Mindestens zwei Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im relevanten Fachbereich
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Projekten
• Fundierte Grundkenntnisse in der Forschungsförderung sowie im aktiven Forschungsmanagement
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift
