Position Overview
As Service Industrialization Manager, you are responsible for translating service designs into operationally scalable, repeatable and automation‑ready delivery models. You ensure that services moving from Plan & Build into Run are fully industrialized, documented and fit for stable operation at scale. The role acts as the structural bridge between the Head of Competence Centers (Plan & Build) and the Head of Service Operations (Run).

Key Responsibilities
Service Industrialization & Readiness
- Industrialize new and existing service offerings before they enter Run
- Define standardized delivery models, blueprints and runbooks
- Establish service readiness and acceptance criteria
- Ensure services are automation‑, tooling‑ and ITSM‑ready
Build‑to‑Run Transition
- Coordinate the handover of services from Competence Centers to Service Operations
- Ensure clear roles, interfaces and documentation between Build and Run
- Act as quality gate before services are accepted into operations
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Competence Centers, Service Owners and Architects
- Collaborate with Service Operations on operational feasibility and scaling
- Align with Pricing and Sales Operations on service structure and assumptions
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loops
- Collect operational feedback once services are live
- Continuously improve service design, tooling and documentation
- Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives
Skills Profile
Professional
- 5–8+ years of experience in ICT services, service delivery or operations
- Strong understanding of managed services and IT service lifecycles
- Experience with service standardization, ITSM and automation
- Ability to translate complex service designs into operational models
Personal
- Highly structured and quality‑oriented
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, detail‑focused and execution‑driven
- Ability to work effectively without formal authority
