Your Tasks:

• Create and maintain maintenance schedules for facilities, utilities, and equipment
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and escalate delays when required
• Coordinate manpower, resources, and external contractors
• Manage procurement and allocation of spare parts, materials, and consumables
• Prepare KPI reports and maintenance performance reports
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with GMP requirements
• Continuously improve planning and scheduling processes

Your Profile:

• Technical or engineering qualification (HND/HNC or equivalent)
• Experience in maintenance planning and engineering maintenance activities
• Ideally experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, or highly regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes
• SAP PM experience required
• Fluent in German and English
