IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Key Facts:

Your Tasks:

• Supervise and support local projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, reviews and approvals
• Ensure tickets remain up to date until issues are resolved
• Take ownership of vendor interactions, primarily at a technical level
• Analyse business processes and integrate the IT perspective
• Support the business with IT-related project topics
• Collaborate closely with different departments and key stakeholders
• Help projects reach successful completion
• Support network engineering activities as needed, depending on workload and priorities

Your Profile:

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT management, IT implementation and project management
• Experience coordinating projects involving IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in German and English
• General understanding of GxP
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Well-organised, structured and assertive working style
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different cultures
